I live on the first floor apartment so I am on site to help with anything. The bedroom has full sized memory foam bed. There is a full sized futon in the living room. One parking spot for guests. Cabin 9 has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen with granite, huge front porch with table, gas grill and relaxing chairs PLUS a screened in back porch for relaxing with a woods view.
