It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. Welcome to DTWild. Your much needed mountain escape. Our newly renovated, retro fabulous, mcm cabin rests on a magnificent property w/ a flowing creek in your backyard. Say what? Yup. A creek. Like with water. And rocks. And fishies. At DTWild you can soak in the hot tub, rekindle by the fire, bbq, ping pong under the pines, nap in the hammock, stargaze, explore, watch movies, work if you must, play games, namaste it up, dance it off, play in the snow, howl at the moon, and yes we have Wifi.

Welcome to Scenic View House, a spacious yet intimate midcentury home with everything you need for a perfect retreat! Dogs welcome! Open plan living space in front with incredible views, three bedrooms, with a full bathroom accessible from the main living space and a second, en suite bathroom. Mini-split AC/heating in the main room, and in-wall AC/heating in each bedroom. Hot tub, propane grill, wood-burning stove, and deck dining complete the recipe for relaxing mountain time. Dreamy A-Frame Cabin in the Woods

Relax and enjoy nature at our beautiful, tranquil, lovingly remodeled A-frame cabin, now with a brand new master suite and sunroom! Within walking distance from the center of town, it's perfectly situated on a quiet street amongst the trees, buzzing with blue jays and hummingbirds. Curl up by the fireplace and enjoy surround-sound tunes, or have a spa-like soak after hitting the nearby trails. As a creative couple ourselves, we designed this space for romantic getaways and creative retreats.

The Owlz Downlow

“Artists’ Paradise!” This 500 sq ft one-bedroom storybook cabin (ideal for just two adults - no parties!) was built in 1930 by Idyllwild miners and is hidden on an acre of thick woods with private hiking trails where you will discover a large hovering UFO, 2 real crashed airplanes, among other artifacts. It is also home to the owner’s vintage Jeep and motorcycle collection. Every room is filled with original rock and roll themed art projects and the kitchen ceiling is a museum unto itself.

The Far Out - A Frame cabin in the woods

The Far Out is a classic A-frame cabin nestled in the beautiful woods of Idyllwild in the San Jacinto Mountains. This mountain retreat sits on an acre of land, complete with a 1200 sq ft wooden deck and semi-sunken hot tub. The interior décor is impeccably curated, blending vintage character with modern design for a distinctly cool cabin vibe. Located behind the unoccupied main house, the cabin is ideal for 1-2 guests and stocked with thoughtful essentials for a relaxing trip to the mountains. Fresh linens, Avocado mattress, eco bath/kitchen products and fenced yard for pups. Relax, soak in the Sundance hot tub, meditate, BBQ, stargaze, walk to town!
