The property has been beautifully landscaped which can be enjoyed from the backyard deck. It is located 2 blocks from South Medford High School; about 3 miles from downtown Medford; less than 4 miles to Rogue X; and less than 5 miles from the historic town of Jacksonville, home of the famous Britt Festival Pavilion and Gardens.
