This 100% private apartment is on the first floor of a shared house where owners and their son live upstairs. There are no shared spaces. You have a private entrance and parking. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette are bright and clean. It is exactly 1 mile from Oak Bluffs Center, a half mile from The Cottages and Farm Neck Golf Course, and a block from Tradewinds walking trails. Across the street is the bike path, & the bus stop is on the corner for easy island transportation!

Location is great - it's only a 3 minute walk to the lagoon/beach, 20 minute walk to the Oak Bluffs harbor, 25 minute walk to downtown Oak Bluffs, and 7 minute drive to State Beach. We also have central AC and heating! The owners live upstairs with two young kids (4 & 6) and a dog. As such, this listing is for early-risers ready to enjoy the island mornings :)

On 3 acres in a quiet area in the center of the island, the house is in a wooded area that leads to numerous island trails. The town of West Tisbury is 1.5 miles away with a bakery, general store, library and church. Included with your stay is access to the town’s private beach, Lamberts Cove which is an island favorite and only 2 miles away.
