The studio is on the 2nd floor tucked above the carriage house of our historic 1850 Reynolds-Hasty House colonial revival home. One room has a full size bed, tv and seating area; the other room contains a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Auburn and Lewiston, minutes from Bates College and Central Maine Healthcare. 30 - 40 minute drive to mountains, beaches, Portland or Augusta. Separate private entrance and dedicated parking.

The property is a 15 minute drive from Bates College, Route 95, Lost Valley Ski Area & Lake Auburn’s boat launch.
